Guiding and Conservation was asked by Chris De Margary and Mick Hucknall if they would consult on the purchase of sporting rights for the Glenmore Rivers estate Co Donegal. Following an initial assessment of the estate, this required delicate and complex negotiations in order to finalise the purchase.

Following the purchase of the sporting rights, Guiding and Conservation was retained to establish a long term plan for the sustainable development of the estate.
